Life and Health Solutions, LLC is a full-service firm offering a wide array of fitness and safety training programs to professionals and members of the general public. Our trainers are ACSM, NCCPT, and ISSA certified and believe in holistic approaches to nutrition, exercise testing and prescription, and behavior change. We strive to help clients find what motivates them and produce results that last a lifetime!

The safety and welfare of our clients and our community is always of utmost importance to us, so we also excel in CPR/AED/First Aid training that can save lives in the workplace, in the wilderness, on the lake, and at home. Our Advisory Board is comprised of physicians, first responders, and other medical professionals. We are an American Red Cross and American Heart Association licensed training provider.
